By purchasing an eSIM from this website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). The eSIM is a digital product/service delivered electronically.

Network coverage, speeds, and availability depend on local conditions, roaming partner networks, device settings, and compatibility.

3) Fair use & prohibited activities

We reserve the right to suspend or limit service in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, excessive or abnormal usage, chargeback risk, or violation of applicable laws or network policies.

4) Refunds

Refund terms are described in our Refund Policy. Due to the nature of digital products, sales are typically final once the eSIM has been delivered and/or activation details have been issued, unless required by applicable consumer law.

5) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount paid for the affected purchase.

7) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Slovakia. Any disputes shall be handled by the competent courts of Bratislava, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
